The best thing about Hotel PK Residency is that staying here; you will feel at home. The hospitable staff running this amazing hotel are welcoming and always at service round the clock. Since, the hotel is not so old and was built in the year 2000; all its amenities are new and offer utmost comfort during a stay. Staying here was a pleasant surprise for me, as the last time I arrived in Noida; my stay was pathetic in a hotel that I don’t even like recalling.

So many facilities were at my service all within my limited budget, so I am seriously impressed with this hotel during my stay in Noida. Believe it or not, the hotel is by far the one I would recommend to anyone who is looking out for a hotel in Noida, India. I got instant reply to all my queries at the front desk every time I asked for assistance in Hotel PK Residency. Though, a budget hotel, Hotel PK Residency made me feel as if I was staying in a four star hotel. The only thing that I didn’t like about this hotel is at an hour distance from the international airport but with a distance of 40 minutes it is still near the domestic airport.

Being a regular visitor to Noida for work, I am always looking for a different hotel for my stay and my luck, someone suggested me to stay in Hotel PK Residency. I was glad to compare the incredible facilities offered in this pretty hotel with the other hotels of Noida where I have earlier stayed. The personal touch of the helpful staff at this hotel is definitely one of its best USP. I couldn’t get my eyes off the beautiful exteriors of this hotel, when I first looked at it. The park in front of this hotel made my stay even more pleasant and I used to watch it whenever I had free time.

I really had a great time attending a business conference in this luxurious business hotel situated in the heart of Noida city. Hotel PK Residency, in fact, blends the warmth of Indian hospitality with charming designs to give a perfect feel and experience to the guests. The amenities are all so updated and the architecture is so many Indian in this hotel. Another remarkable thing about this hotel was its cleanliness and the comfortable bed and pillows. Not to forget, the palatable platter also leaves one licking one’s fingers. The staff will come to clean the room, whenever you call them. Moreover, it was at a comfortable distance of 21 km from the domestic airport. All I all, a worth place to be! This hotel gives value for your money.

After hearing many good reviews about Hotel PK Residency, I recently chose to stay here during my Noida visit. I was really impressed the moment I stepped in and the way the staff welcomed me. My family was with me and kids even made me click their photographs with the gentle staff of the hotel. The hotel provided decent amenities during our stay. Hotel’s cook prepared delicious food as per our liking and we were really thrilled. The best thing about this hotel is that it is situated at a very accessible distance from all the major landmarks of Noida city. Staying at this hotel, I also used to get a contemporary daily newspaper that too impressed me apart from the other facilities.

In the room we had all the basic amenities like the air conditioner, LCD Satellite television, Wi-Fi Internet and even a coffee maker, so we were impressed. However, I wish, the owners of Hotel PK Residency also add a restaurant, gymnasium and a pool in this otherwise great budget hotel to make our future visit even more pleasant. In fact, I would rather call it a guest house that makes you feel like staying in a hotel with the comforts it provides. Not for a second we felt bored staying at this centrally located Noida hotel. Now, whenever any of my colleagues is going to Noida for an official meeting, I make it a point to suggest him or her to stay in Hotel PK Residency.

Whenever I used to visit Noida, I used to stay in Radisson Hotel but this time due to the unavailability of rooms there, I stayed at Hotel PK Residency. Now, I think, I was right in my sudden choice to stay in this comfortable hotel that made me feel completely at home. Moreover, it was very pocket friendly as compared to Radisson. The only thing that I didn’t like was that Radisson’s distance was less as compared to this hotel from the international airport. Most of the times, I dined outside with my colleagues during my stay there, so I actually didn’t feel the lack of a restaurant in this hotel. However, the hotel provided in-room dining service for its guests and I ordered tea many times there.

Though the hotel doesn’t cover a large area, the rooms are spacious enough with all the basic amenities. From the outdoors the hotel look like a princely estate. The beautiful paintings in my room made it look so pretty that I was never bored staying there for 3 full nights and 4 days. I was really touched with the gentle and up to date service of the hotel staff members who were at my service almost round the clock. My experience of staying in this pleasing hotel was so nice that I would not think twice before recommending my friends to stay in this hotel when they will go to Noida.

“Fantastic Hotel”, that is what I would like to say about Hotel PK Residency in Noida. I stayed in this hotel last year and was impressed with the whole experience. The beds were extremely comfortable and I actually felt at home. The rooms were beautifully decorated and all the basic amenities were provided 24 hours in the room. The spacious rooms of this hotel were clean. All the furnishings and décor inside the room was very enchanting in this Noida hotel. It seems the main motive of the hotel’s staff is to cater to all the needs of the guests during a stay. The hotel looks appealing from outside with its lovely architecture and balcony layout that I felt at once happy to choose it for my business presentation. I feel that this stylish hotel’s design is inspired by the Havelli’s of Rajasthan.

Sparta, the business room of this hotel had big LCD televisions, computers, printers, fax service, videoconferencing, microphone, rear screen projection, PA system portable, video camera, DVD player, audio visual equipments and all other essential business and meeting facilities that made me carry my business presentation smoothly without any difficulty. Though, the hotel doesn’t has a restaurant, the in-room dining facility was a pleasure to avail and the hotel’s cook was very talented in cooking. Greater Noida is just a 20 minute drive from this elegant guesthouse cum hotel in Noida. I feel glad to say that Hotel PK Residency offered more than what I expected during my last stay in Noida.

When I arrived in New Delhi for the recently held Commonwealth Games 2010, I found the hotel in which I wanted to stay fully booked. Hotel PK Residency was not very far from the various game venues and I in fact, had fun traveling from the hotel to the game venues during my stay. The hotel didn’t have any restaurant, but it didn’t matter us much, as we always wanted to dine out. P.K. Tours & Travels, another venture of this hotel arranged for our excursion tours during a stay at this hotel in Noida. We also got a guide on our request from their travel agency and that was a mind blowing experience.

All the rooms of Hotel PK Residency have a terrace and all are very nicely done offering great views. The owner of this hotel has taught the staff all the tactics of maintaining a direct relationship with the customers. In case, our travel agent would have booked luxury hotels like Radisson or Fortune, our budget would have got disturbed but now we had everything in budget by staying in this budget friendly guest house cum hotel located in the heart of Noida.

My own staff and the foreign delegates whom we invited for a business deal in this hotel had a really comfortable time staying in Hotel PK Residency and we never thought of considering any other hotel after spending one full day here out of our 3 night stay. When I was checking out of the hotel, I was also told by the staff that for the next time visit, I can even book a room there online at best guaranteed online rates.

Hotel PK Residency is a nice hotel that is worth recommending to others. It was our first time in India and the hotel gave us a warm welcome. The hotel kept out vacation in India well in budget without compromising on any service or facility. My kids however, wished to have a children room in the hotel but we hope, the hotel will soon have one. Another thing that was missing in this pretty hotel was a restaurant but that was well compensated by the in-room dining facility. My kids were really happy to visit the nearby park during our stay at Hotel PK Residency and this made my stay here worthwhile to see my kids enjoying.

We were given ample choices to choose a room when we arrived at this hotel. There were deluxe rooms, super deluxe rooms, executive suite and Maharaja Suite. The staff members also showed us some rooms. Finally, we chose the very spacious super deluxe room for our stay. The staff here also assisted us in making changes in our itinerary and also arranged for a cab for sightseeing on our request. The housekeeping staff of the hotel was very decent and hard working and for this we happily gave them tip while checking out. Now, some of my relatives are planning a tour to India and I am all set to recommend them to stay in Hotel PK Residency.
